ADVENTURE SAFARIS

(The webpages for the safaris listed below contain a lot if information and some high quality images. Please be patient if these take a few moments to download.)

Skeleton Coast Safari - 4 or 5 days / Five

The Skeleton coast is one of the most remote and unspoilt areas of Africa, offering an incredible diversity of experiences. We offer two safaris, one for four nights/five days (departing every Saturday) and another for three nights/four days (departing every Wednesday). Both are fly-in safaris, starting and ending in Windhoek.

The Mana Canoe Trail - 4 days / Four

The Mana Canoe Trail is an incredible journey through the heart of the Mana Pools area - a UNESCO World Heritage site by virtue of its beauty, wilderness, and biodiversity. This 4 day camping safari starts close to the western boundary of Mana Pools at Ruckomechi airfield and finishes at Chikwenya airfield; it operates from May through mid-November, and combines well with other safari destinations in southern Africa.

The Mana Walking Trail - 4 days / Four

This is a customised mobile walking safari in the Mana Pools National Park. We operate this safari from 01 May to 15 November each year for private parties. A fully licensed, armed professional guide accompanies the group. The actual itinerary will vary according to the wishes and the fitness of the group. This is a fully backed up safari - camp staff travel ahead of the group and set up camp, as well as taking care of all cooking and chores.

Robin Pope Mobile Walking Safari - 10 days / Four

Operated by the legendary Robin Pope Safaris, this is one of Africa's most famous walking safaris. Combining luxury tented camps with a fully serviced mobile walking safari, this 10 day safari runs June through October, and covers the highlights of the northern portion of Zambia's South Luangwa National Park.

The Kubu Island Safari - 6 days / Four

This five night safari is an in-depth exploration of the Kalahari Desert and mysterious Makgadikgadi Pans - the largest salt pans on earth. Guests enjoy three nights at either Jack's or San Camp, where they have the opportunity to discover the magic of the Kalahari and its fascinating eco-system. Two full days are spent traversing the Makgadikgadi's vast expanse of 'nothingness' on low impact quad bikes (ATV's), and guests spend two nights under the stars at the sacred and deeply spiritual Kubu Island. Safaris operate for a minimum of four guests on any dates from June through October.

The Luangwa Encounter - 6 days / Four

A very flexible private walking safari experience for a small group of four to six friends. This safari operates in the remote south-western section of Zambia's South Luangwa National Park, utilizing three luxury bush camps. The safari follows the course of the beautiful Luangwa River and, with a minimum of four guests, the itinerary is completely flexible.
