The Sérénité Wellness Centre is situated on a four acre estate with majestic views of the southern slopes of Table Mountain and of False Bay. It is the only spa in South Africa which combines the luxury of a five-star hotel with the benefits of a health hydro. At Sérénité, guests will find staff committed to a practice of Wellness, which combines ancient herbal remedies and relaxation approaches with the latest scientific medical technology available.

A host of soothing and healing treatments are at guests' disposal, which will be designed and combined to suit personal needs. Treatments and services include individualized gourmet dietary consultation, planning and catering, expert health and fitness assessment and consultancy, steam baths, saunas and heated indoor and outdoor pools, water treatments (Thallassotherapy) and Thalgo beauty treatments, various forms of massage, de-stressing and relaxation treatments. There is also a wooden meditation sala overlooking the quiet valley below.

Sérénité Wellness hosts only a small number of guests, thereby ensuring tranquillity, discretion and personalized service at all times. Accommodation consists of eleven rooms, decorated individually with elegant details such as mahogany beds, down duvets, air conditioning and a fireplace. Fresh fruit, flowers and bath gowns are replaced every day.

The elegant main house is a glorious blend of blond wood and neutral textiles. Common areas include a sunny conservatory/dining room, living room, library and sitting room. Dining at Sérénité is a feast for both the palate and senses. Starvation has no place on the menu at Sérénité, and each dish is an inspiration for healthy flavorful eating.
