Dinner is a very special time at Roggeland, hosted by Gordon Minkley and his family. In fine weather, begin with apéritifs in the sweeping garden. Locally grown olives are often served with chunks of crusty bread as the perfect accompaniment. The menu de gustation, with specially selected wines to accompany each course, varies daily. The emphasis is on fresh, balanced, creative country cuisine expertly planned and prepared by the Minkley family.
