The Makgadikgadi Pans, the Okavango Delta, the Linyanti Reserve, and Victoria Falls

Day 1

You will arrive in Johannesburg, where you will be met at the airport by a representative of our local partners, who will welcome you to South Africa and assist you with any questions that you might have. You will be transferred by private vehicle to River Meadow Manor, in the village of Irene, some 30 minutes drive from the airport.

Days 1 to 2

You will spend one night at River Meadow Manor, with dinner and breakfast included.

Day 2

This morning you will be collected from River Meadow Manor and transferred back to Johannesburg International Airport for your flight to Maun in Botswana. At Maun airport you will be met by your charter pilot who is going to fly you in a light aircraft to Jack's Camp in the vast Makgadikgadi Pans.

While on safari at all the camps, your daily schedule will look something like this:

6:00 Wake-up with light breakfast of tea, coffee and snacks

6:30 Morning activity (game drive, mekoro ride, walk, boating, or canoeing, depending on the camp)

10:00/10:30 Brunch back at the lodge

Guests at leisure in the early afternoon

3:00 Tea

3:30 Afternoon activity

7:30 Return from drive

8:00 Dinner

Days 2 to 5

You will spend 3 nights at Jack's Camp on a fully-inclusive basis (including accommodation in a luxury tent, all meals, all activities, all non-premium brand drinks, laundry, and the services of a professional guide and tracker).

Day 5

After your morning activity and brunch, you will be collected by light aircraft and flown to Maun, where you will meet up with another pilot who is going to fly you to Duba Plains Camp in a remote section of the Okavango Delta.

Days 5 to 8

You will spend 3 nights at Duba Plains Camp on a fully inclusive basis (including accommodation in a luxury tent, all meals, all activities, all non-premium brand drinks, laundry, and the services of a professional guide and tracker).

Day 8

After your morning activity and brunch, you will be collected and flown by light aircraft to Duma Tau Camp on an enormous private concession in northern Botswana, adjacent to the Chobe National Park.

Days 8 to 11

You will spend 3 nights at Duma Tau Camp on a fully inclusive basis (including accommodation in a luxury tent, all meals, all activities, all non-premium brand drinks, laundry, and the services of a professional guide and tracker).

Day 11

After your morning activity and brunch, you will be collected and flown by light aircraft to Kasane in the far north-east of Botswana. At Kasane you will be met by a driver who will transfer you across the border into Zimbabwe; he will assist you with the border formalities. From the border you will be driven to the town of Victoria Falls, where you will be staying at the Victoria Falls Hotel.

Days 11 to 13

You will spend 2 nights at the Victoria Falls Hotal, with breakfast included. This will give you ample time to relax and enjoy the many highlights of Victoria Falls.

Day 13

After a leisurely morning, you will be collected from the Victoria Falls Hotel and transferred to Victoria Falls airport, where you will board a plane for Johannesburg International Airport, arriving with plenty of time to spare before your flight home. You will bid farewell to Africa at the end of an unforgettable adventure.
